Step 3: Pose your questions regarding the report within 14 days of its receipt. Answers to your questions will be via email or schedule a 45 minute virtual meeting for a final discussion to clarify any questions you may have with the report.

SPECIFIC QUESTIONS CONSULTATION:
For those who are doing their own Canadian immigration application and have two to three questions specific to their situation:
- Step 1: Book an initial 15 minutes "Meet and Greet" for a brief discussion of your immigration concern/s.
- Step 2: Post your two to three questions via a secure folder. (May need to upload relevant documentation.)
- Step 3: Provision of written answers to your two to three questions via email.
- Step 4: One follow-up email for clarification of the answers provided
- Step 5: Consultation process ends after Step 4 is concluded or after Step 3 if you have no follow-up clarification with the answers provided.
SPONSORSHIP CONSULTATION:
For those who are Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents who want to find out if they are eligible to sponsor and learn about the Sponsorship application process and requirements.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKING A CONSULTATION:
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
SERVICE AGREEMENT:
Should a client wish to retain my representation service/s after the initial consultation, a Service Agreement will be drawn up detailing the scope of the service/s and the flat rate service fee. The flat service rate fee will depend on the complexity of the case, the package selected and the number of persons included. The flat rate service fee does not include the IRCC's processing fees and other incidental third party fees.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY:
As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), the protection of our clients’ personal information is governed by the CICC-CCIC’s Professional Code of Conduct.
We acknowledge and give deference to our past, present and future clients’ personal information. The personal information collected from the client in the course of representing them or providing immigration related services to them, as well as information from other lawyers/RCICs and organizations that have information consonant and required to carry out the objective for which our services have been retained, shall be protected from unauthorized use, retention, or disclosure to third parties.
The client's personal information shall not be used for any purposes other than that expressly authorized by the client. We ensure that should any third party service providers be involved in the course of providing the services for which we were retained to do, these third party service providers shall sign confidentiality agreements with us prior to any transfer of a client’s personal information.
The client's personal information shall be retained until the matter is finished or the retainer is terminated by either the client or us. All personal information shall be returned to the client and only information pertaining to the immigration services for which we were retained will be maintained in the file once it is closed. Closed files are retained for the period required by applicable Federal and Provincial legislation, after which they are prescribed for destruction and clients will be notified accordingly.
