 PROTECT YOUR CANADIAN DREAM

Pursuant to the Immigration and Refugees Protection Act (IRPA), no person shall knowingly, directly or indirectly, represent or advise a person in Canadian immigration matters for a fee  unless they are a Canadian lawyer, a notaire du Québec, or a licensee of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Effective November 23, 2021, in accordance with an order of the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC),  Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) will continue on as The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) licenses and regulates Canadian Immigration Citizenship Consultants in the public interest.

To protect yourself from fraud, before you pay for services from an immigration consultant, verify if the consultant is licensed  and listed as "Active" in the College's Public Register.

Unauthorized practitioners and fraudsters may steal the identity of a licensed immigration consultant. In your communication with the consultant, ensure that you are using the contact information listed in the College's Public Register.

IRCC will not accept applications submitted by unlicensed consultants.

If you have been scammed or defrauded by an unauthorized practitioner,

report it to the College or to IRCC.
